Job Description

8+ years in software quality assurance, with 3+ years in a QA leadership/managerial role.
- Proven experience in building and scaling QA teams and processes from scratch, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Background in testing complex, integrated systems (IoT, embedded systems, supply chain, or automation software is a major plus).

- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
- Bonus: Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) or warehouse operations.
