Job Description

· Strong Business Analyst with solid reinsurance or insurance domain exposure, particularly someone comfortable discussing underwriting, pricing, and portfolio analytics with business stakeholders.

· The person should be able to independently drive discovery sessions, translate business concepts into structured data requirements, and work closely with engineering teams.

· Very good interpersonal skills, confident enough to challenge business inputs when needed.

· This role requires strong stakeholder management, clear documentation skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, aggressive client environment.
