Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging video content, reels, and short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Edit raw video footage into high-quality final videos using editing tools.

  • Add transitions, sound effects, captions, and graphics to enhance video quality.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas and campaigns.

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar for regular posting.

  • Optimize videos and content for social media engagement and reach.

  • Stay updated with the latest content trends, editing styles, and social media algorithms.

  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.

Required Skills

 

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.

  • Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

  • Creative thinking and storytelling skills.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop (preferred).

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
