Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Resilience
    • Align infrastructure with enterprise RTO/RPO objectives.
    • Ensure systems meet recovery time and recovery point requirements.
  • Disaster Recovery Management
    • Update, validate, and maintain DR run books.
    • Plan and execute DR drills, failover testing, and recovery simulations.
    • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance resilience.
  • Infrastructure Oversight
    • Implement monitoring and performance tuning strategies.
    • Ensure redundancy and high availability across systems.
    • Enforce tools, policies, and procedures for infrastructure management.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead cross-functional teams in DR and infrastructure initiatives.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
    • Collaborate with IT operations, security, and application teams to ensure readiness.

 Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in DevOps, infrastructure management, or disaster recovery.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of RTO/RPO concepts and enterprise alignment.
    • Hands-on experience with DR planning, failover testing, and recovery drills.
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools, redundancy strategies, and performance tuning.
    • Experience with Linux environments, cloud platforms, and automation tools is a plus.
