Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft APIs, connectors, and flows
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and optimize performance
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across development, staging, and production environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins & Gitlab
• Monitor and troubleshoot cluster performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth application deployments.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes best practices.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery for Kubernetes workloads.
• Maintain and improve observability using Mpulse
• Stay up to date with the latest Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Preferable experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Exchange
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (on-prem or Cloud)
• Proficiency with Linux, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
