Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities  

1. ERP System Management & Maintenance: 

• Oversee the Infor M3 ERP system’s day-to-day operations. 

• Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve performance. 

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. 

• Ensure data integrity, security, and access control compliance. 

• Implement backup and disaster recovery plans for business continuity. 

2. Business Analysis & Process Improvement: 

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and workflows. 

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement system-driven improvements. 

• Configure and customize Infor M3 ERP based on evolving business needs. 

3. Project Management & Implementation: 

• Plan and execute Infor M3 ERP upgrades, implementations, and enhancements. 

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for successful execution. 

• Ensure timely delivery of ERP-related projects with minimal business disruption.  

4. User Support, Training & Documentation: 

• Provide technical support and resolve user-reported ERP issues. 

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency. 

• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and best practices for reference. 

5. Compliance, Governance & Vendor Management: 

• Ensure ERP and related systems comply with company policies, audit standards, and industry 

regulations. 

• Establish governance frameworks for IT processes and data management. 

• Manage vendor relationships, including Infor and third-party application providers.  

JOB DESCRIPTION  

Desired Skills & Experience 

• 7 to 10 years of experience working with M3-Infor ERP, M3-Lawson ERP, or Movex ERP. 

• Strong project management expertise in ERP implementations. 

• Understanding of ERP system architecture, workflows, and configurations. 

• Experience in retail or supply chain ERP processes. 

• Certifications in Infor M3 or ERP systems preferred. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Systems.  

• Certifications in Infor M3 ERP or related technologies are a plus.  

• Experience in the retail or supply chain industry is advantageous.
