Job Description

 

  • 1. Working as Escalation Engineer or Senior Technical Support Engineer currently

    2. Hands on experience of troubleshooting tools e.g. Wireshark, TCPdump, Fiddler, Browser dev tools etc

    3. Good analytical skills

    4. Solid understanding of Microsoft (Client/Server OS), Linux, VDI infrastructure, IAM,AD, GPO, Routing, Switching etc

    5. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting VDI & Application Virtualisation architecture

    6. Strong understanding of different Hypervisors

    7. Deep understanding of Enterprise IT environment

    8. Handling escalated customer cases independently and maintaining SLA, SLO's

    L3-HySecure/Networking

    5. Hands-on experience in SSL, HTTP,WAF,ZTNA, IAM Architecture

    6. Strong understanding of different Cybersecurity technologies and areas

    7. Deep understanding of Enterprise IT environment and associated security

    8. Handling escalated customer cases independently and maintaining SLA, SLO's
