Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Presales & Solutioning

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges
  • Design and propose tailored solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Prepare high-quality solution documents, architecture diagrams, and proposals
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with detailed technical inputs

2. Product Demonstrations & POCs

  • Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and workshops for clients
  • Set up and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase product capabilities
  • Customize demos based on industry use cases and customer scenarios

3. Technical Expertise & Consulting

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Digital Workspace, Virtualization, Zero Trust Access, and related technologies
  • Provide consultation on infrastructure, security, and deployment architectures
  • Assist customers in understanding integration with existing IT environments

4. Customer Engagement

  • Participate in client meetings to articulate technical value propositions
  • Address technical queries and objections effectively
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including IT teams, architects, and decision-makers

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams for solution alignment
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings
  • Support post-sales teams during handover and initial deployment discussions

6. Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
  • Help position solutions competitively in the market

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
    • Remote Access & Secure Access solutions
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Networking fundamentals (VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (Hyper-VMware, Citrix, V)
  • Understanding of endpoint security and Zero Trust frameworks

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Customer-centric mindset

Experience

  • 5–8 years in Presales / Solution Engineering / Technical Consulting
  • Experience in cybersecurity, virtualization, or digital workspace solutions preferred
  • Prior experience in handling enterprise customers is a plus
