Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

·         Strong experience with Delphi / Object Pascal

·         Proficiency in VCL and/or FireMonkey (FMX)

·         Experience with Windows desktop application development

·         Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

·         Familiarity with REST APIs and web services integration

·         Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

·         Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with legacy system modernization

·         Knowledge of C#, .NET, or other modern languages

·         Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN)

·         Experience with multi-threading and performance optimization

·         Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

·         Understanding of UI/UX best practices
