Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps using Microsoft PowerApps to meet business requirements.
• Build and automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and other third-party systems.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability, security, and usability.
• Implement role-based access control and data security within Power Platform solutions.
• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and user guides.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
• PowerApps: Strong hands-on experience in Canvas App development.
• Power Automate: Expertise in designing and implementing automated workflows.
• Data Integration: Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365.
• UI/UX: Ability to design responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Formulas: Proficiency in Power Fx expressions and data manipulation.
• Security: Understanding of role-based security and governance in Power Platform.
• Version Control & ALM: Familiarity with solution management, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD for Power Platform.
• Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Communication: Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
