Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications integrating Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Develop scalable backend services using .NET, Node.js, or Python.
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
  • Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) and Neural Network (NN) models into business applications.
  • Design and implement agent-based workflows, including orchestration, planning, and tool integration.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and full stack technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
  • Backend: Proficiency in at least one of the following: .NET (ASP.NET Core), Node.js, or Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
  • Agentic AI: Practical experience in building AI agents, autonomous workflows, and tool-augmented reasoning systems.
  • Generative AI: Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Neural Networks: Understanding of neural network architectures and their integration into applications.
  • APIs: Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Architecture: Hands-on experience with microservices and system design for scalable applications.
  • Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB) databases.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • DevOps: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git.
