Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensuring they occur in cadence with the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Lead in the removal of impediments by coaching to proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Provide support to Product Owners in management of the product backlog to ensure that teams are working on the most valuable work items.
• Leverage agile principles to inform the development processes.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration, leading to team alignment.
• Hold the teams accountable to the development policies, procedures, processes, and metrics that reflect best development practices and business objectives.
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPI’s), and other metrics for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members and stakeholders on work item progress, quality, and team productivity.
• Work with team members such as Product Owners, Developers, and Quality Analysts to achieve project goals.
• Present project status updates to internal and client leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in the software development domain, with at least 2–3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive Agile delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in tracking and improving team performance using Agile metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
