Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5 to 8 years of overall experience in Software Testing.
• Design and develop detailed test scenarios and test cases for product features and releases.
• Execute test scenarios and test cases during formal test cycles for each release.
• Prepare release QA test plans, test strategies, and manage defect reporting for large-scale applications.
• Build, review, and execute complex test scenarios across both manual and automated testing.
• Perform Functional, Smoke, Regression, System Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, and BDD Cucumber framework.
• Perform backend API testing using Postman and Rest Assured for GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE operations.
• Conduct cross-browser testing for web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr Scale (Jira App) is a strong plus.
• Experience with traditional databases (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Snowflake is a strong advantage.
• Extensive experience working in Agile environments using Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Strong experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Good understanding of CI/CD processes; experience with Jenkins or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Prior exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
