Job Description

Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular (mandatory).

Full Stack Development (Lead)

• Lead end-to-end full-stack development activities.
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and APIs.
• Develop and maintain databases such as SQL Server (PostgreSQL / NoSQL exposure is a plus).

Custom Web Application Development

• Deliver custom web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technology components.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality.

Mentoring

• Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
• Provide technical direction and support to ensure delivery quality.

Software Development Lifecycle

• Participate in requirements gathering and convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Performance & Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across front-end and back-end.
• Implement caching and optimization techniques.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
