About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team.

This role requires exceptional technical depth, a strong sense of ownership, and a keen ability

to investigate and resolve complex data issues in a high-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Data Integrity & Investigation: Employ a "detective" mindset, actively digging into and

resolving significant data discrepancies—for example, finding the root cause of issues

like a Rs 600Cr discrepancy.

● Ownership & Autonomy: Take ownership and responsibility of the product, working

independently once a basic understanding of the functionality is established, working

with stakeholders independently.

● Systems Thinking: Apply a deep understanding of upstream data flows and analyze

how these flows impact downstream reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

● Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a data-heavy

environment. (E-commerce or Fintech experience is a plus).

● SQL Mastery: Exceptional ability to write optimized queries, including complex joins,

window functions, Analytical functions, and CTEs.

○ Experience with high-scale databases such as BigQuery, Hive, or Postgres.

○ Build and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

● Scripting: Experience on any scripting for data manipulation (Example: Python Pandas,

NumPy) and automation of data pipelines.

● Big Data Processing: Experience on Spark coding using Python/Scala/Java.
