Job Description

● 5+ years of experience supporting Azure Synapse Analytics (Pipelines, Dedicated & Serverless SQL Pools)

● Strong experience in L2/L3 production support, incident management, and RCA

● Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (job failures, cluster issues, reprocessing)

● Strong LT-SQ performance troubleshooting skills

● Experience with Azure Data Lake Gen2 and storage integration

● Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) for hybrid support scenarios

● Experience with monitoring, alerting, and diagnostics using Azure Monitor / Log Analytics

● Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps for controlled production releases

● Experience in data validation, recovery, and reprocessing

● Willingness to work in rotational shifts / on-call support
