Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience to join our team. He will be responsible for building scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer looking to deepen their Salesforce expertise and contribute to impactful digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

Build and configure custom objects, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.

Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Perform data migration and manipulation using tools like Data Loader and Workbench.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows Salesforce best practices.

Conduct unit testing and assist in QA/UAT cycles to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications:

5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).

Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and security model.

Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.

Familiarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or ANT Migration Tool.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have:

Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).

Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or prior experience working with government/public sector clients.

Exposure to DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket pipelines.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
