Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy production-grade applications using LLMs
  • Build and manage agentic workflows (LangChain / LangGraph)
  • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector DBs, rerankers)
  • Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) for rapid development
  • Work on prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA)
  • Handle full-stack development (frontend + backend)
  • Integrate Python-based AI solutions with Java services (good to have)
  • Collaborate with global teams, including US stakeholders
 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in AI/ML (LLMs)
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in LangChain / LangGraph (agentic workflows)
  • Strong expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and reranking
  • Experience with AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
  • Exposure to React (frontend) is a plus
  • Java integration experience is an added advantage
