  • Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
  • Define system architecture, ensure scalability, performance, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
  • Mentor and guide developers, ensuring best coding practices and code quality
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint deliveries
  • Ensure proper documentation and technical design standards

💻 Required Skills

  • Strong experience in:
    • MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN Stack)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
  • Expertise in system design and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Good understanding of database design and data modeling
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
