Job Description

1. 10+ years in procurement, with at least 5 years specifically in eSourcing / eProcurement / S2C product roles.

2. Demonstrable expertise across sourcing events, e-auction mechanics, contract lifecycle management, and supplier management.

3. Proven ability to write crisp product specifications, requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams (BPMN or equivalent).

4. Comfort with data models, API contracts, and integration flows (you don't code, but you speak fluently with engineers).

5. Structured thinking — able to decompose ambiguous customer needs into shippable product increments

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the end-to-end product specification for the eSourcing and eProcurement modules — from RFI/RFQ/RFP workflows to auction mechanics, vendor evaluation, PO creation, and contract handoff.

2. Author detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

3. Own functionally new features/module development and cross collaboration with product team.

4. Create detailed:

• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

• Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)

• User stories with acceptance criteria

2. Define configurable frameworks (templates, workflows, approval matrices).

3. Co-author agent specifications with LLM engineers: define what each AI agent should know, decide, ask a human, and escalate — ex - RFQ Drafting Agent, Vendor Evaluation Agent, Negotiation Co-pilot Agent etc.

4. Act as the functional face of the upstream module in customer discovery workshops, RFP responses, demos, and pilot implementations. Translate customer conversations into product requirements.
