Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and notebooks.
  • Repair or replace faulty components such as motherboards, keyboards, screens, batteries, RAM, SSD/HDD, and charging ports.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems including Microsoft Windows, mac OS, and Linux.
  • Perform virus removal and install antivirus software.
  • Recover data and perform system backups when required.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and system optimization.
  • Maintain service records and documentation of repairs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
