AC Technician Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·         Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, central, and VRF systems).

·         Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.

·         Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing.

·         Clean and replace filters, coils, compressors, and other components.

·         Check refrigerant levels and handle refrigerants safely.

·         Test systems after installation or repair to ensure proper operation.

·         Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.

·         Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

·         Maintain service records and complete job reports.

·         Provide customer support and technical advice.
