TV Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair LED, LCD, OLED, Smart TVs, and related electronic devices.
• Install and configure television systems at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in televisions.
• Replace defective parts such as display panels, power boards, speakers, and motherboards.
• Perform routine maintenance and testing of TV units.
• Update firmware and software in Smart TVs when required.
• Maintain service records and prepare repair reports.
• Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and service schedules.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly.
• Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
• Knowledge of television electronics and circuit troubleshooting.
• Understanding of LED/LCD/Smart TV technology.
• Ability to use testing and repair tools.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
