Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Pega applications
● Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with business requirements
● Guide and mentor development teams on Pega best practices
● Perform design reviews, guardrail compliance, and performance tuning
● Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams
● Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance Pega solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Pega LSA certification (mandatory)
● Strong experience in Pega PRPC, Case Management, Integrations, and Decisioning
● Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x / Infinity
● Good knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, performance optimization, and deployment
● Excellent communication and leadership skills
