Job Description

Key Responsibilities

● Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and transformation opportunities
● Design scalable enterprise applications and workflows using the Kissflow low-code platform
● Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
● Build and configure workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and automations
● Drive end-to-end implementation independently, including prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and support
● Define solution architecture standards, governance models, and best practices
● Integrate Kissflow applications with external enterprise systems using APIs and connectors
● Conduct solution walkthroughs, user training, and stakeholder demos
● Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure enterprise readiness
● Optimize applications for usability, scalability, maintainability, and performance
● Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous enhancement initiatives

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
● 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, business applications, workflow automation, or enterprise systems implementation
● Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, preferably Kissflow
● Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), workflow automation, and enterprise application architecture
● Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data modeling
● Ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision
● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
