Job Description
Job Summary:
• Write high-quality technical documentation for PharmaSecure products
• Create new and update existing help files using the help authoring tool
• Collaborate with the technical team to make the products easier to use by writing a simple instructions manual.
• Develop and maintain Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, configuration specification, user manuals, support in formatting of pre-authored documents like: Impact assessment , Functional Design Specifications, Release notes, etc. received from technical team as per company’s pre-approved templates.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working.
• As an integral part of cross-functional teams, this person must learn the products by hands-on experience.
• Complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
• Confer with customer representatives, vendors, plant executives, or publisher to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.
• Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
• Study drawings, specifications, mockups, and product samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure, and production sequence and detail.
• Interview production and engineering personnel and read journals and other material to become familiar with product technologies and production methods.
• Draw sketches to illustrate specified materials or assembly sequence.
• Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format and content.
• Support in drafting internal SOPs, Policies, templates, forms, MOMs, etc. on need basis. Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in technical writing in the relevant field.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Expert skills in any Help Authoring tool like MS-office (including word , excel) , word to pdf converting procedure , document formatting, etc.
