Job Description

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

• Ensure compliance with IT service standards, security policies, and SLAs.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

• Coordinate with technical teams (network, cloud, support, development) to ensure smooth delivery.

• Track project performance using KPIs and report progress to senior management

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management within service provider or consulting environments.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed support models.

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable.

Field Knowledge :

• Site Survey – VSAT , Wifi , passive cabling , VC setup

• Router , Switch , VSAT Installation

• SD WAN /Switch Installation

• Wifi Installation

• AV/VC installation

• Electrical Work, AC and UPS Installation at Sport Stadium

• Daily Activity  Report

• Weekly , Monthly report to customer

• Good knowledge of Excel , PPT
