Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

 Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
 Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 Assist users with system setup, installation, configuration, and onboarding.
 Support the installation and deployment of software applications and hardware solutions.
 Conduct platform demonstrations to guide customers on effective system usage.
 Document customer issues and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
 Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to ensure quick resolution of escalated cases.
 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Diploma in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Computer Science (CS), or a Degree in IT, CS, EC, or Biomedical Engineering.
 Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting concepts.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
 Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and clear language to customers.
 Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
 0–4 year of experience in technical support or a similar role (Freshers can apply)
