Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary support contact for radiologists using the company’s platform/services.
• Handle queries related to case allocation, report workflows, system access, and turnaround times.
• Manage and resolve queries through both user-raised and system-generated tickets, ensuring timely and accurate closure.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with radiologists for issue resolution, follow-ups, and critical updates.
• Assist radiologists with technical or operational issues (login issues, case visibility, report submission, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, operations, QA) to resolve issues impacting radiologists.
• Monitor and track support requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and recurring concerns.
• Ensure smooth communication regarding updates, downtime, or workflow changes.
• Escalate critical or time-sensitive issues impacting reporting timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations support, or a similar coordination role (B2B or internal support preferred).

• Time management & prioritization – able to manage urgent vs. non-urgent queries and meet SLAs consistently.
• Stakeholder handling skills – comfortable working with experienced professionals (radiologists) and managing expectations calmly and professionally.
• Adaptability & learning agility – ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows, and processes.
