Job Description

Responsibilities:

Independently drive end to end presales, technical solutions by collaborating with Solution Architects, response and estimation on opportunities (RFI/RFP/RFQ)

Defining the features and scope of POCs (Proof of Concepts) for all stated requirements

Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFPs within stipulated timelines

Prepare and deliver Statement of Work detailing the technical and commercial proposal to the Clients

Drive and Manage large and complex bids

Bringing creative ideas and new value propositions while building proposals

Strong research skills to find the optimum approach for all requirements

Engaging with the Inside Sales, Sales Team to bring the technical/domain expertise required in the sales cycle

Architecting the right solution that aligns perfectly with the client requirements.

 

Required Skills:

Must have 3+ years of experience in leading presales in a company and working with large customers, large value projects.

Must have a strong technical background in eCommerce implementation solutions and architecture of Application Development, Data telligence as well as Digital Transformation.

Worked on $250K Plus deals at least

Contributed to / led various engagements that involve assessment and discovery of clients current business models and capabilities and proposing, architecting and implementing technical solutions that are aligned to clients near term and long term business goals

Autonomous and confident in preparing and delivering client technical demonstrations

Passionate about IT Services and wants to make a difference in a medium-size and fast-growing company

Strong English language communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to articulate the point of view and solution details effectively, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical people effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize meaningful information from ambiguous data

Ability to work under tight timelines and anchor and lead multi-party conversations.

Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and lead team members as well as be a strong individual contributor.
