Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured Netskope product training to enterprise teams, partners, or students.

• Customize training content based on the audience profile and learning goals.

• Conduct both theoretical and hands-on lab sessions to demonstrate Netskope functionalities.

• Stay updated with the latest Netskope platform updates, features, and best practices.

• Collaborate with technical teams to align training with real-world deployment and integration scenarios.

• Evaluate and assess training effectiveness through feedback and knowledge assessments.

• Create and maintain course materials, presentations, labs, and documentation. Support pre-sales or enablement workshops, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Netskope Cloud Security Platform.

• Familiarity with concepts like CASB, SASE, ZTNA, SWG, DLP, SSL inspection, Cloud Firewall.

• Industry experience in network security, cloud access security brokers (CASBs), and cybersecurity policies.

• Experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences (corporate, government, educational).

• Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt to different learner levels.

• [Optional but preferred] Netskope certification (e.g., Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator – NCCSA or similar). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Prior experience in working with or training on other cloud security solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma, Forcepoint).

• Exposure to related technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP, VPNs, SD-WAN, Firewalls.

• Experience with virtual lab platforms (e.g., EVE-NG, GNS3, Cyber Ranges).
