 Education and/or Experience                                            

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of work experience and education) along with 5+ years’ related business intelligence, report development, data modeling and analysis. Experience working with Cognos BI required.  Prior healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management industry experience a plus.

 Computer Skills / Technical Skills - Demonstrable skills required in the following areas:

    • Cognos 10 (Report Studio, Query Studio)
    • Good working knowledge of SQL      
    • Proficient with data query tools (Golden32, Toad, etc.)
    • Basic knowledge of data modeling principles and tools (ERwin, Toad Data Modeler, etc.)
    • Good working knowledge of relational databases 
    • MS Office Suite

 Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Advanced training: Cognos BI – Report Author, Framework, and Administration. Cognos BI Certifications preferred.
