  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
  • Contribute to system design discussions and architecture decisions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of backend development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java and backend frameworks
  • Experience in microservices-based architecture
  • Good exposure to relational databases and scalable applications
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills
  • B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification
