Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior frontend role.

2. Deep, hands-on experience with React — hooks, state management, component design, performance optimization, and REST API integration from the frontend.

3. Strong experience with Next.js — SSR, API routes, and BFF pattern.

4. Experience with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication flows on the frontend — session and token handling.

5. Comfortable reading and implementing OpenAPI/Swagger contracts.

6. Working knowledge of backend concepts — REST API design, request/response modelling — sufficient to collaborate without being blocked. 7. Familiarity on AI tools like Claude for code development and debugging.

8. Experience mentoring engineers and leading delivery within an agile team.

9. Strong communication skills — able to work across design, product, and other engineering teams.

Good to Have:

1. Experience in enterprise SaaS, procurement, supply chain, or ERP domain (eSourcing, P2P, ERP).

2. Familiarity with consuming AI/ML API responses and rendering them in a product UI.

3. Experience building prompt libraries, context files (CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules), or internal AI playbooks for engineering teams.

4. Experience with Analytics UI — data tables, charts, or embedded BI components.

5. Awareness of AI/ML concepts — LLMs, RAG, or LangGraph — even if not directly building them. 6. Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
