Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, credit, and operations teams to define and refine product requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and workflows
• Work closely with tech teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT testing
• Track product performance using data, analytics, and user behaviour insights
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure intuitive and high-conversion user journeys
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/product companies (Fintech preferred)
• Strong understanding of lending products (SCF, Personal Loans, EWA, BNPL, etc.) and Experience in designing LOS and LMS platform.
• Experience with API integrations, system design, and data flows
• Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and process flows (BPMN/UML)
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Postman
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
