Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and workflows
• Work closely with product, tech, and operations teams to understand requirements
• Support in translating business needs into functional specifications
• Participate in API integration discussions with vendors and fintech partners
• Help coordinate with fintech partners for loan integrations and data exchange
• Assist in UAT testing, test case preparation, and issue tracking
• Perform basic data analysis and validation using Excel/SQL
• Document processes, flows, and system behavior clearly
• Support in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve user experience and flows

Required Skills & Qualification
1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst / Associate BA / Product Analyst
• Basic understanding of fintech or lending products (loans, BNPL, EWA, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system integrations
• Understanding of user stories, use cases, and basic process flows
• Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, Confluence (SQL is a plus)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and willingness to learn
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
