Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.

• Translate business needs into KPI definitions, metric specifications, and dashboard requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau.

• Build advanced Tableau solutions using Calculated Fields, LOD Expressions, Parameters, Sets, and Table Calculations.

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Create DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models in Power BI.

• Use Power Query (M Language) for data preparation and transformation.

• Validate dashboard outputs against source systems and business requirements.

• Write SQL queries to perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Work with Snowflake and other enterprise data sources to support analytics initiatives.

• Publish and manage content on Tableau Server/Cloud and Power BI Service.

• Create documentation including metric definitions, business logic, user guides, and handover materials.

• Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and dashboard walkthroughs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytics role.

• Proven experience delivering Tableau dashboards and business intelligence solutions.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

• Experience working with enterprise-scale datasets and reporting environments.
