Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities 
  • ● Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and RESTAPIs. 
  • ● Build scalable APIs for product modules, integrations, analytics, and AI-enabled features. 
  • ● Participate in technical design discussions with the Technical Lead and engineering team. 
  • ● Convert product requirements into APIs, database changes, services, and implementation tasks. 
  • ● Integrate third-party APIs and external systems. 
  • ● Integrate AI/ML APIs, LLM APIs, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar platforms where needed. 
  • ● Implement business logic, validation, error handling, audit logs, and background processing. 
  • ● Optimize MySQL queries, indexes, and database performance. 
  • ● Write clean, maintainable, testable code. 
  • ● Participate in code reviews and support engineering best practices. 
  • ● Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing product improvements.

Required Skills
 ● 7+ years of hands-on software development experience. 
● Strong Java and Spring Boot experience. 
● Strong MySQL experience, including schema design, queries, indexes, and performance tuning. 
● Strong REST API development experience. 
● Experience with JPA/Hibernate. 
● Experience integrating third-party APIs.
 ● Practical exposure to AI APIs, LLM APIs, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar platforms. 
● Strong understanding of backend design patterns and clean code practices. 
● Experience with Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and Agile development. 
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
