Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Business Analysis Skills

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and business communication.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Strong documentation and process modeling skills.

Agile Methodologies

  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum ceremonies, Agile frameworks, and product development lifecycles.
  • Experience managing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Data & Analytics Exposure

  • Experience working on Databricks or other data-driven/analytics projects.
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Warehousing, and Analytics concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams.

AI & Modern BA Tools

  • Familiarity with AI-based productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools for documentation, requirement analysis, summarization, and business process improvement.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
