Job Description

• Must have :-

         Fluent in programming languages: Python and SQL (highly desirable)

  • Data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
  • Cloud and data platforms: Snowflake, SQL server or similar
  • Familiarity with other statistical and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Experience or exposure to LLMs and Generative AI (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
    
    

   Good to have:-

  Familiarity with Machine learning, statistical modeling and optimization libraries

  OR techniques: Linear programming, optimization, simulation, decision modeling

   

  Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

   

  ·         Apply advanced analytical techniques such as Mathematical modeling, Optimization and Statistical modeling for Supply Chain planning

  ·         Participate and contribute to core supply chain functions such as Inventory planning, Network and Capacity planning, Transportation optimization, Labor Planning, as well as Warehouse operations

  ·         Build predictive and prescriptive models using structured and unstructured data to drive visibility and improvement in operational performance

  ·         Design and develop AI-powered agents and LLM-based workflow

  ·         Collaborate closely with planning and operations focused stakeholders to drive actionable insights

  ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams (archite Create and monitor supply chain metrics to drive optimization of the Staples Supply Chain and improvement in performance cts, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.

  ·         Develop dashboards and automated reports using BI tools
