Technical Skills

·         Proficiency in programming languages like Python. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

·         Knowledge of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MCPs) and orchestration platforms.

·         Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with managed AI and cloud services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI).Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate complex technical architecture to non-technical business leaders.

 Responsibilities

·         Technical Strategy & Architecture: Define the technical direction of AI products. Make critical "build vs. buy" decisions for AI infrastructure and choose the appropriate frameworks and cloud platforms.

·         System Development & Deployment: Lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of machine learning models and Generative AI applications. Oversee model monitoring, MLOps/LLMOps, and automation of AI workflows.

·         Team Leadership & Mentoring: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and career guidance to a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers and data scientists.

·         Business Alignment & Pre-Sales: Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases. Assist with solutioning, workshops, and architectural presentations.

·         Governance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations meet enterprise security, data privacy, and ethical compliance frameworks.
