Job Description

● 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, or a similar role.

● Experience in lending, fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial-services products.

● Strong hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, API, system, and UAT testing.

● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test coverage.

● Working knowledge of JIRA or Azure DevOps and Postman; basic SQL knowledge is desirable.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing discussions.

● Strong ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
