Asset-based workflows
Dagster deployment (Cloud / OSS / Kubernetes)
Logging, monitoring, and observability in Dagster
Data Pipelines: Proven ability to design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and/or streaming).
Data Modeling & SQL: Strong SQL and data modeling concepts; experience with data warehouses.
Data Warehouses: Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or equivalent.
Data Ingestion & API Integrations: Knowledge of API integrations and data ingestion patterns; experience with data quality frameworks.
Problem Solving & Delivery Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills; ability to design and implement end-to-end data solutions; hands-on delivery from design through deployment and support.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git or equivalent VCS.
Mentorship & Best Practices: Ability to mentor team members and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (requirements gathering, design discussions, etc.).
