Job Description

Requirements

· Solid production experience in software engineering, with autonomy delivering end-to-end features.

· Strong backend language proficiency (e.g., Python/Node.js) and Clean Code/SOLID/patterns.

· Experience designing APIs (REST/GraphQL) and data models; ability to optimize queries and performance.

· Knowledge of caching, resiliency patterns (retries/circuit breakers) and data consistency concerns.

· Experience with integrations typical in e-commerce (ERP/PIM sync, payments) and secure development practices (OWASP/JWT/encryption).

· Operational excellence: testing (unit/integration/stress), observability (logs/metrics/APM), Docker and CI/CD.

· Comfortable collaborating in Agile teams and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· High ownership: you surface risks early, unblock proactively and prioritize finishing over starting.

· You give and receive feedback well, and you help others grow through mentoring and code reviews.
