Job Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to spearhead a company‑wide AI transformation. This role partners directly with business and technology leaders to identify high‑impact opportunities, execute AI‑driven automation initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead a small, high-performing team and act as a strategic extension of key stakeholders, driving cross-functional initiatives across regions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Transformation

• Lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives across departments to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
• Partner with business functions to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI-led growth and automation opportunities.
• Build roadmaps for AI adoption and integrate AI workflows into core operations.

Strategic Leadership

• Act as a strategic extension of key stakeholders, helping drive high‑priority projects across functions and geographies.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance, customer behavior, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to support leadership decisions.
• Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into actionable and measurable execution plans.

Project & Execution Ownership

• Own and manage end‑to‑end cross-functional projects, ensuring clarity, alignment, and speed of execution.
• Bring in process re-engineering and optimization practices to streamline operations and enhance business outcomes.
• Identify processes suitable for AI automation and collaborate with AI development teams to scope, design, and deploy solutions.

Collaboration & Influence

• Work closely with tech, product, data science, and business teams to convert use cases into high‑impact solutions.
• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership with strong storytelling and data-driven insights.

Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to break down complex business challenges into structured, solvable components.
• Understanding of Python, SQL, APIs, or automation concepts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Passion for AI, data, and technology-driven innovation.

Good to Have

• Experience in insurance or financial services (preferred, not mandatory).
• Prior work in consulting, transformation, or cross-functional program management.

Background & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, or a similar function.
• Experience in Insurance is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
• MBA + B.Tech in CS/IT from Tier-1 institutions.
