Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA to lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration and support projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design scalable manufacturing and quality management solutions, drive business transformation, and mentor junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead Greenfield, Brownfield, Rollout and S/4HANA Migration projects.

•    Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirement gathering.

•    Prepare Functional Specifications (RICEF).

•    Configure SAP PP including BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, MRP, Capacity Planning, Kanban, Variant Configuration and PP-PI.

•    Configure SAP QM including Inspection Types, Inspection Plans, MICs, Sampling Procedures, Quality Notifications and Audit processes.

•    Integrate PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, EWM and FICO.

•    Coordinate Data Migration (LTMC/LTMOM), SIT, UAT and Cutover.

•    Provide Hypercare and Production Support.

•    Work with ABAP, Basis and Integration teams.

Required Skills

•    7–10 years SAP PP/QM consulting.

•    Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementations.

•    Strong SAP ECC & S/4HANA configuration.

•    MES/LIMS integration experience preferred.

•    Basic ABAP debugging.

•    Agile & Waterfall delivery.
