Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BIB Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP HCM (ECC/S/4HANA). The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing and supporting end-to-end employee master data integrations using SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB), SAP CPI/PO and related integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•    Design and configure SAP BIB integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.

•    Configure inbound/outbound interfaces for employee master, organizational structure, payroll and related HR data.

•    Perform field mapping, transformation, validation and error handling.

•    Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment and hypercare.

•    Provide L2/L3 production support and root cause analysis.

•    Work with SAP CPI/PO or Boomi integrations.

•    Prepare technical documentation, mapping sheets and runbooks.

•    Collaborate with HR, SuccessFactors, HCM and middleware teams.

Required Skills

•    5+ years SAP HCM (PA, OM, PD, PY).

•    Strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.

•    Minimum 2 end-to-end EC to SAP HCM integration implementations using SAP BIB.

•    Hands-on SAP BIB, SAP CPI/PO (Boomi preferred).

•    SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, integration troubleshooting.

•    Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA HCM.

Preferred

•    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.

•    Exposure to EC Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance.

•    Knowledge of non-SAP integrations.
