Job Description

Key Responsibilities• Resolve client tickets

relating to payroll processing, leave/attendance, employee self-service,

onboarding, and statutory compliance.• Configure and validate

country-specific payroll rules (WPS, GOSI, gratuity/EOSB, and equivalents)

during implementation and each payroll cycle.• Deliver remote and

onsite end-user training to hotel HR/finance staff, including sitting through a

full payroll cycle where needed.• Support new-site

implementations: requirements gathering, configuration, data

migration/validation, go-live support.• Flag and document

product gaps or compliance changes back to the Dubai team.• Lead tier only: manage

escalations, mentor junior staff, act as direct counterpart to the Dubai senior

support person.Required

Skills• Genuine hands-on GCC

payroll exposure — UAE WPS, Saudi GOSI, or equivalent Gulf statutory payroll

work. This is the single most important filter.• Working understanding

of gross-to-net, statutory deductions, gratuity/EOSB calculation.• Demonstrated

client-facing / training experience, not only internal payroll processing.• Fluent professional

English; comfortable running a training session, not just answering a ticket.Preferred

• Working Arabic;

hospitality HR operations exposure; any HRMS/payroll platform familiarity;

basic SQL/Excel data handling.
