Job Summary

Responsible for planning, implementing, operating, and continuously improving the organization's cybersecurity program to protect IT/OT infrastructure, cloud platforms, business applications, and enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage SOC operations, SIEM, XDR/EDR and incident response.

·         Administer Firewalls, WAF, VPN, PAM, IAM, NAC, DLP, MFA and Microsoft Entra ID.

·         Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and remediation.

·         Develop cybersecurity policies, standards and SOPs.

·         Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and applicable regulations.

·         Manage Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud security.

·         Support OT/Industrial cybersecurity and IT/OT segmentation.

·         Coordinate security audits and vendor management.

·         Conduct security awareness and phishing simulations.

·         Prepare executive cyber risk dashboards and KPI reports.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related discipline or Master's Degree.

Preferred Certifications

·         CISSP

·         CISM

·         CEH

·         CompTIA Security+

·         ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor

·         Microsoft Security Certifications (SC Series, AZ-500)

·         CCSP

Experience

6–8 years in Information Security with at least 3–5 years in a Cyber Security leadership role. Manufacturing/Industrial experience preferred.
