Job Description
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning techniques
- Hands-on experience in building Recommendation
Systems:
- Collaborative Filtering (User-based, Item-based)
- Content-based Filtering
- Hybrid Recommendation Models
- Matrix Factorization (ALS, SVD)
- Proficiency in:
- Python, PySpark
- Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch (for model
development)
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
(for content-based recommendations)
- Strong understanding of:
- Feature engineering
- Model evaluation metrics (Precision@K, Recall@K,
AUC, RMSE)
- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies:
- Spark, Hadoop, Hive
- Experience with real-time / streaming systems:
- Kafka, Flink (preferred)
- Knowledge of model deployment and lifecycle
management:
- Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with Cloud platforms:
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and
manipulation
